Our Alzheimer's & dementia program utilizes a person-centered approach and offers the perfect mix of personal care and hospitality tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents.

At The Villas at Sunset Bay we focus on daily fulfillment with intensive staff support who understand the various stages associated with Alzheimer's and dementia. Effective communication, appropriate cueing and intervention and use of verbal and non-verbal strategies for success are important for our program. 

Our newly renovated community provides a warm, inviting, and soothing environment with well-appointed living rooms, parlors, a spacious dining hall, State of the Art Community Center, a modern hair and nail salon and On-site Rehabilitation services. Residents also enjoy the screened patio and porch with rockers and bistro tables.

One monthly fee provides a beautifully appointed choice of shared suite, private studio or deluxe private studio all with private baths and a full complement of services and amenities from restaurant-style dining with a choice of entrees to housekeeping and professional laundry services. We also offer several levels of senior care enabling staff to meet the needs of residents as they age.
